Dagmar is a seasoned Project Manager at the firm with over nine years of industry experience. She plays a key role in overseeing the development and coordination of construction drawings across multiple projects. Her expertise extends to both interior and exterior renovations, and she has been instrumental in leading several large-scale efforts for clients such as Prologis. Dagmar’s attention to detail and ability to manage complex scopes make her an invaluable asset to the project team from design through permitting and execution.
Ckiara is one of the newest Project Managers at our firm, recently promoted in recognition of her exceptional commitment and performance. Her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive to exceed expectations on every project have quickly made her a valuable member of the Rukan team. She currently leads the development of construction drawings for several projects, including both interior and exterior renovations for clients such as Link and Prologis.
With over five years of experience in the field, Ricardo brings a high level of professionalism, precision, and dedication to every project he leads. Known for his thorough approach and strong organizational skills, Ricardo ensures that each phase from initial planning to final execution is handled with care and attention to detail. Daniel oversees the development of accurate, code-compliant construction drawings that bring design concepts to life. With deep drafting expertise and a strong understanding of permitting and building codes, he ensures seamless coordination between project teams and consultants, supporting efficient and high-quality project delivery.
In the role of Senior Drafting Coordinator, Nahuel plays a critical role in translating conceptual designs into fully developed construction drawings. With a deep understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and local code requirements, he manages drawing workflows, mentor junior staff, and ensure documentation aligns with project goals and timelines.
With 20 years of administrative experience, she serves as both Business Operations and Permit Specialist, bringing extensive expertise in navigating permitting processes and overseeing day-to-day operations. She is responsible for coordinating project resources to ensure the most efficient execution of each job, while also acting as the primary liaison between clients, building departments, and any required ancillary testing services. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of municipal requirements make her a key asset to the successful delivery of every project.
