This project involved the comprehensive reconstruction of an existing industrial building, transforming it into a modern single-tenant facility featuring 14 individual units. The scope included a full redesign of the site layout, including upgraded parking configurations to improve flow and functionality. Major structural improvements were made, including the construction of entirely new exterior walls, a complete roof replacement, and the development of a contemporary façade to enhance curb appeal and marketability.
