Internship Program

Since its inception, Rukan Architecture has proudly invested and maintained a strong and impactful internship program that strengthens both our firm and the architectural profession as a whole. We have committed our time to prepare the next generation of architectural professionals. 

Built on more than a decade of formal teaching experience at Miami-Dade College, the program is designed to translate academic foundations into real world expertise. Rukan has trained more than 30 emerging professionals, all of whom gain hands on experience aligned with industry standards and project driven workflows.

Every past and current team member at Rukan Architecture began their journey through this program, making it a cornerstone of our firm’s long term growth strategy. Interns graduate as work ready professionals, equipped to contribute immediately in a fast paced, professional environment.

This program also allows Rukan Architecture to maintain a deep, reliable talent pipeline, ensuring access to skilled, trained professionals as project demands evolve.
