This project focused on the complete renovation of all units within an existing multi-tenant facility, with a scope that encompassed both interior and exterior improvements. The work included comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, along with structural modifications to support the reconfigured interior layouts of each unit. Additionally, enhancements were made to shared exterior areas to improve functionality, accessibility, and overall aesthetic appeal. The renovation was designed to modernize the property while optimizing it for long-term tenant use.
